We initially worked in the catering trade. In 1976 we set up a restaurant specialising in homemade dishes called "El Revolt", offering our products made with the finest ingredients and preserving the local traditional cuisine.
It was the best way of introducing the cuisine we like to our customers. People widely welcomed this and their opinions were essential for starting our company.

Precuinats Safaja, S.L. was set up in 1991 with the purpose of introducing an entirely homemade quality product to traditional shops, delicatessen shops, markets, etc. The first product we sold was our croquettes, but we gradually introduced others such as cannelloni, prepared dishes, desserts, etc.
