Formatges Montbrú produces exquisite cheese specialities following a tradition forged over the centuries in the surroundings of Mas Montbrú and the Moianès region. Fresh, soft, semi- cured, cured, etc. Mainly made from goat’s milk, but also from buffalo milk, cow’s milk and sheep’s milk, Montbrú cheeses captivate the senses.
